PT Biolife Medilab (the "Biolife") provides access to information through our website (www.biolife.co.id), LinkedIn account (Biolife Medilab), and/or Instagram account (biolife.id), collectively known as "Content", which is subject to your compliance with the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing Content, you agree to adhere by these Terms and Conditions If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Content.
Biolife may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the Content will mean you accept those changes.
Right to Use
The information, documents, and all graphics published in the Content (the "Information") are the sole property of Biolife and/or licensed to Biolife for commercial use and/or publicly available. Permission to use the Information is granted, provided that:

The Content Does Not Provide Medical Advice
Biolife does not practice medicine or provide medical services of any kind on or through the Content. Biolife is based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia with representative offices in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other cities in Indonesia. Biolife makes no claims that the Content are appropriate or may be download outside of Indonesia. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Content from outside Indonesia, you must assume full responsibility for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Biolife, if any, resides in the courts of Bekasi Regency and you further agree and express consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Bekasi Regency.
Notice and Takedown Procedures

PT Biolife Medilab (the "Biolife") menyediakan akses terhadap informasi yang tersedia pada situs kami (www.biolife.co.id), akun LinkedIn (Biolife Medilab) dan/atau akun Instagram (biolife.id), yang bersama-sama selanjutnya disebut sebagai "Content", dimana peraturan penggunaannya tunduk kepada Syarat dan Ketentuan berikut. Dengan mengakses Content, anda telah menyetujui untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Berikut. Apabila anda tidak menyetujui Syarat dan Ketentuan Berikut, mohon tidak mengakses Content.
Biolife dapat melakukan perubahan dan pembaharuan terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan kapan saja. Penggunaan anda terhadap Kontent berarti bahwa anda menyetujui perubahan ini.
Hak Untuk Memakai
Informasi, dokumen, dan seluruh grafik yang dipublikasikan di Content ("Informasi") adalah milik Biolife secara tunggal dan/atau dilisensikan kepada biolife untuk penggunaan komersial dan/atau tersedia secara umum. Izin untuk menggunakan Informasi diperbolehkan dengan syarat"

Setiap individu bertanggungjawab secara penuh atas risiko yang mungkin muncul atas penggunaan Content. Konten Tidak Menyediakan Saran Medis
Biolife tidak mempraktikan kedokteran atau menyediakan layanan medis dalam bentuk apapun pada atau melalui Content. Informasi yang ada hanya untuk keperluan pengetahuan saja dan tidak menggantikan saran medis profesional. Mohon menemui dokter terakreditasi anda untuk segala kondisi menyangkut kesehatan anda. Anda tidak seharusnya mengabaikan saran medis profesional atau menunda mencarinya karena sesuatu yang anda baca dalam Content.
Apabila anda merasa bahwa anda memiliki kegawatdaruratan medis, kontak dokter anda atau telepon 112 segera. Biolife tidak merekomendasikan atau mengesahkan tes diagnostik, dokter, prosedur, pendapat, atau informasi lainnya yang terdapat pada Content. Ketergantungan pada informasi yang disediakan oleh Biolife, karyawan Biolife, atau pihak lainnya yang muncul pada Konten karena undangan dari Biolife, atau pengunjung Kontent adalah tanggungjawab dari anda.
Pertanggungjawaban
Anda menyetujui untuk mempertahankan, melepaskan tanggungjawab, dan menetapkan Biolife, pejabat, komisaris, direktur, karyawan, pemberi lisensi, agen, dan pemasok tidak bersalah dari segala aksi atau tuntutan, klaim, litigasi, tanggungjawab dan penyelesaian permasalahan termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada biaya akunting dan hukum yang muncul akibat: (a) penggunaan anda dari Content, (b) pelanggaran anda terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
Umum
Biolife berkantor pusat di Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia dengan kantor perwakilan di Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, dan kota-kota lainnya di Indonesia. Biolife tidak membuat klaim apabila Content dapat diperbolehkan atau disahkan untuk diunduh di luar wilayah Indonesia. Akses terhadap Content mungkin tidak sah untuk pihak-pihak tertentu atau di negara-negara tertentu. Apabila anda mengakses Content dari luar wilayah Indonesia, anda harus mengambil tanggungjawab secara penuh terhadap kepatuhan anda dengan hukum yang berlaku.
Jurisdiksi
Anda menyetujui bahwa jurisdiksi yang berlaku, apabila ada, permasalahan hukum dengan Biolife diselesaikan di peradilan yang berlaku di Kabupaten Bekasi dan anda menyetujui dan memberikan persetujuan untuk menjalankan jurisdiksi anda di peradilan Kabupaten Bekasi.
Prosedur Pengumuman dan Permintaan untuk Penghapusan
Apabila anda yakin bahwa material yang dapat di akses melalui atau pada Content melanggar hak cipta, anda diperbolehkan untuk meminta penghapusan material tersebut (atau aksesnya) dari Content dengan menghubungi webmaster Biolife (tertera di bawah) dan menyediakan informasi sebagai berikut:

Pernyataan yang mengindikasikan bahwa informasi yang anda berikan adalah benar dan pernyataan tersebut berada "di bawah hukuman akibat penyampaian sumpah palsu", bahwa anda adalah pemilik hak cipta atau pihak yang telah diberikan kuasa oleh pemilik hak cipta.
